The Return of BaT Soon

I survived the road, yet again, but I'm tired and grumpy. I need ice cream. I will get back to regular blogging soon. I hope tomorrow.

New Orleans is still hot, although minus a few hundred thousand people. We were able to secure reservations at some of the better restaurants in town on quick notice. That would not have happened pre-Katrina. So I ate completely too much. One of my friends down there says many people who returned to the city experienced weight gain. They call it the "Katrina Condition."

Although the heat should take care of those extra pounds this summer.
