Cocktail of the Week: Peter Cottontail Edition

Good Friday brings us two days closer to jelly beans, painted eggs, ham and that holiest of holies, the Easter Bunny. It also means a few dozen screaming kids searching for chocolate goodies and plastic eggs filled with coins.

Which means, in turn, us adults need alcohol to calm our nerves. So here's one for this special time of the year: The Peach Bunny.

Ingredients

3/4 oz. peach brandy
3/4 oz. white creme de cacao (white, not dark)
3/4 oz. light cream*

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass and serve.

* Light cream is the same as coffee or table cream.
