Of Course, It's About Privacy, Not Money

Justin Timberlake -- who if not for his cute butt and wool-over-their-eyes gay following would be selling TVs at Circuit City -- comes to the defense of former girlfriend and fellow Mouseketeer Britney Spears -- who if not for her cute butt and wool-over-their-eyes gay following would be selling something else on a street corner near Circuit City.

A Web site published photos of Britney and her greasy husband's baby and caused great heartburn. After threatened legal action, the Web site took the photos down.

Justin says Britney and family deserve their privacy.

"When a person like her, who's obviously a sweet person, is having their first child, it's like, 'leave the girl alone,' " Timberlake told "Access Hollywood" in an interview to air Monday. Excerpts were released in advance.

"I do think that's crossing the line," the 24-year-old singer said. "That's her baby and those are her baby pictures."

The pictures, taken in a private photo shoot, were allegedly stolen. Spears reportedly has been negotiating to sell them to a magazine.

Did you catch that last part? Negotiating to sell them to a magazine.

Defamer links to a New York Post item that Britney "freaked out" and says she changed her mind about selling the photos. Freaked out my ass. That's just a nice way of proclaiming, "The price just doubled." I'm not sure who is the bigger scum: the magazine editor who would use an infant to sell his trashy magazine or trashy parents who would even consider the offer.

Never mind, stupid question.
