Cocktail of the Week -- Little Stevie Edition

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Stevie Wonder is finally releasing a much-awaited new album -- his first in 10 years. Roger Friedman says it's well worth the wait:

If "A Time 2 Love" were a book, you couldn't put it down. As it is, it's hard not to keep dipping into the 15 tracks, going back to find the various bits that are so tantalizing. This is no Kanye West hip-hop clip job. Wonder has written 77 minutes of original, memorable work, full of hits, whether they're straight-out ballads, love songs or funk numbers.

To honor the great musician's last week, BaT dedicates this installment of the Cocktail of the Week to him: The Blindside.

Ingredients

2 oz. vodka
2 oz. orange juice
2 oz. white grapefruit juice
1 oz. strawberry syrup

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, mix the juices and syrup together over ice, then add the vodka. Pour into a tall glass. The resulting concoction should taste like a juicy ruby red grapefruit.

Signed, sealed and delivered. Love, Jake.
