A Change of Subject

For the first time since Aug. 23, let's talk about something other than "you know what" ...

There's nothing like a good catfight. No, it's not Alexis vs. Krystle. Not even Liz vs. Debbie. OK, it may be close to Shannen Doherty vs. Anybody on that Sucky Show with a Zip Code in the Title.

Tyson Beckford is suing Sean Combs. Piffy Duddy is accused of reneging on an endorsement deal.

Tyson Beckford has sued companies owned by Sean "Diddy" Combs, saying his image and likeness were used without his permission to promote a clothing line after his contract expired.

In the lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court, Beckford said he agreed in May 2004 to be paid $1.2 million to endorse Combs' Sean John brand apparel line and accessories in advertising and promotional campaigns.

According to the lawsuit, Beckford was paid $600,000 but Combs reneged on the rest of the payment, even as his company continued to use Beckford's image in its ad campaigns. The lawsuit seeks $5 million in damages.

Somewhere right now Matt just let out a little squeal of delight.

I hope Tyson wins. And that they let him beat up whatshisface as part of the judgement. I hate that guy.

Yeah, I was reading about this last night, I seriously hope that Tyson has some good lawyers though, because if you have ever heard him speak you know that the man can not find a coherent sentece with two hands and a flashlight.

That said, it sounds like Diddy might have to pony up some bucks here, and I for one will not complain!
