Cocktail of the Week -- Hurricane Edition



The drink made famous at Pat O'Brien's -- and the monster brewing around Havana right now -- provide us this installment of Cocktail of the Week.

Pour me something tall and strong
Make it a Hurricane before I go insane
It's only half past twelve, but I don't care
It's five o'clock somewhere

Ingredients

2 oz. light rum

2 oz. dark rum

2 oz. passion fruit juice

1 oz. orange juice

1/2 oz. fresh lime juice

1 tbsp. simple syrup

1 tbsp. grenadine

Orange slice

Cherry

Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a hurricane glass. Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.
