Cocktail of the Week -- Born on the Fourth of July Edition



In honor of America's Independence Day, the Born on the Fourth of July cocktail ...

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. blue curacao liqueur
1 1/2 sloe gin (NOT regular gin, SLOE since this drink should be red, white and blue)
Cream (NOT whipping cream, but the real thing)

Instructions

Pour the blue curacao into an ice-filled collins glass. Carefully layer both the sloe gin and cream on top of the ice. (The result should be a blue and red drink with streaks of white shooting through the colors.)

By the way, I mean this Fourth of July -- not this one.
