Cocktail of the Week



Because it's 5 o'clock somewhere ... I offer the stereotypical gay cocktail (no giggles, please): The Cosmopolitan.

Ingredients

Ice cubes
1 1/2 measures vodka
1 measure triple sec or Cointreau
1 dash cranberry juice*
1 lime twist**

Instructions

Fill half of your cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the vodka, triple sec (or Cointreau) and cranberry juice.

Shake sharply and strain into a well-chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with the lime twist.

Repeat until blind.

* Adjust the amount of cranberry juice to your taste.

**If you prefer a more sour drink, add lime juice.
